It's a shame that there were people in the audience who were doing the devils solute in this video. Absolutely love Stryper. I have used their music to witness rockers and bikers on loads of occasions. Before I was saved, I was a heavy metal rocker involved in a biker group. After I gave my life to Christ, I put my satanic cut-off in a metal bucket and set light to it. After all these years (12th September 2001, when I gave my life to Christ), I still have a motorcycle but now have a cut-off with Christian biker patches on and a big white cross on my back. Soldiers under command! Love it.

I so appreciate you guys! I have met Michael a few times I think. Never at a meet and greet! I remember just talking with him and telling him about when I met his drummer (not brother, Robert). They were playing solo and at a Christian rock festival in Kentucky. First Christian rock festival I ever went to. Newsboys we’re the headliner. Anyway the drummer playing during that time actually took the time to call few weeks later to encourage me! I gave him a four track recording of me playing. Last time I met Michael was here in Nashville at the bar connected to the bigger room. 4:54 I can’t remember the name of the venue. You can tell when someone’s a Christian and not a religious person. They are real believers and rockers! I never met the rest of the band.

Hey you remember Russell Hobbs down at the Prophet Bar in Deep Ellum, Dallas, Tx back in the 90's. I had seen you there. Y'all were great back then. I started creating music last year. And now got some tunes out on several different platforms. Michael had signed my jeans. I kept that for a long time. Glad to hear you got some song out.

Stryper's music got me through the hard home life I had growing up. I'd get in my room and play the entire album "To Hell with the Devil" (it was the late '80s). Their songs reminded me that I was loved by God even when I felt unloved here on earth. 💛🖤💛🖤

I'm not sure if this is a common occurrence, but near where I live the most severe bullying seems to occur where a teacher/ adult is usually not present, like in the locker rooms or on the walk home from school. There was an incident where a boy was attacked by a bully while walking home from school with a friend. When his friend attempted to protect him, he was beaten so badly that they had to run a cat scan on him in order to determine whether he had suffered brain damage as a result of what is referred to in the medical profession as blunt force trauma or being struck repeatedly. Also there were incidents of popular kids bullying unpopular ones in the locker room to the point where one student was actually contemplating suicide. So sometimes these incidents are not addressed the way they should because the students know that an adult isn't likely to overhear the conversation or witness the abuse due to the location.

So you joined the band even though you are not into the Christian thing. You needed a paycheck, gotcha. Strange thing. But, then again, the Lord might be working on him. God bless him either way.

I grew up with you guys, I "borrowed" my older brothers Stryper tapes cuz they looked cool and I listened to those tapes holding the headphones so tight to my head, so loud, the sound surrounding me, in my head, pretending i was on stage with you. getting to see you in person will be a dream come true!
